A safe experience

When travelling to Austria from a foreign country, please check the current entry, quarantine, and registration policies regularly.

According to the regulations of the Austrian government and the city of Vienna, a proof of low epidemiological risk is not necessary anymore for entering the hotel or gastronomic facilities.

We care about your health and safety. Around the hotel and while exploring Vienna, please follow the hygiene and safety measures in place and maintain a distance to people who are not part of your group.

Hand sanitizer dispensers are provided throughout the hotel and are free to use.

Our hotel participates in the initiative “Sichere Gastfreundschaft” (safe hospitality), a campaign by the Ministry of Agriculture, Regions and Tourism and the Austrian Chamber of Commerce as well as in the initiative “Safe Stay” by the Vienna Tourist Board and the Vienna Chamber of Commerce. We are committed to follow all safety and hygiene guidelines.

FasTest (throat swab, PCR- and Antigen-Test)

Testing is possible Monday through Saturday from 08.00 am - 12.45 am and from 01.15 pm - 06.00 pm and on Sunday from 09.00 am - 03.00 pm

You will receive your PCR Test result within 05 hours.

You will receive your Antigen-Test result within 20 minutes.
